Can you cater to dietary restriction?
Yes! We can easily cater to guests who are gluten free, vegan, vegetarian, diary free and more! Custom menus are available upon request.

Do you have a minimum?
We have a $500 minimum order for all deliveries.

Where can you cater?
As an off-site catering company we are completely self-contained.  We do not need running water or electricity to cater even the most elaborate events. We are on many of the local premier venue's preferred lists. We also cater at homes, outdoor venues, wineries and more.

How far do you travel?
We can cater within about 200 miles of Boise. (McCall, Tamarack, Stanley, Sun Valley) Please call for pricing & details.

What can you provide besides food?
As a full service catering company we can provide much more than just the food. We offer full service rental and room coordination where we will design a floor plan and layout that fit your unique event needs. We also offer room setup and breakdown services for the tables and chairs. If you’re having a wedding and the ceremony and reception are in the same location, we can change over your room. If you need tables, linens, chairs,  china, flatware, glassware & more we can take care of every detail.

Will your staff bus the tables?
Absolutely! When we are providing a service buffet, plated dinner or passed appetizers our staff will bus your guest tables, whether we are providing the china or use our Eco-friendly disposables.

If I rent china from you will you preset the guest tables?
Yes! If you rent china from A Lively Chef, our staff will arrive before the event to preset the china on the guest tables and fold the linen napkins. 

Do you offer a cake cutting service?
Yes! Our professional cake cutting service includes Eco-friendly disposables plates, forks, paper napkins, our experienced staff will cut the cake, serve the cake to your guests, and bus all of the plates. If you would prefer to rent china dessert plates we can take care of that too! Please inquire for pricing.

Do you serve alcohol?
We do not serve or handle any alcoholic beverages but can recommend wonderful bar vendors that we know and trust. We do offer a variety of non-alcoholic drinks as well..

Yes! Please call us today for more information about our personalized tastings. 

How do I reserve my date?
Once we discuss the details of your event we will design a custom catering quote that fits all of your needs. After you approve your quote you will be ready to lock in your date. To finalize your reservation we require a $300 non-refundable booking deposit and signed contract.
